Sprint Center Box Office
Sprint Center Box Office is located near the main entrance at the intersection of 14th Street and Grand Boulevard. Sprint Center Box Office Hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. On event days Sprint Center Box Office remains open 30 minutes following the start of the event. Sprint Center Box Office accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, American Express, MasterCard & Visa. When purchasing tickets with a credit card, valid photo identification must be presented to complete the transaction.

Will Call Procedures
Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window beginning 24 hours after purchase unless otherwise indicated during the ticket purchasing process. The credit card used to make the purchase and valid photo identification must be presented to pick up tickets at Will Call. Sprint Center does not accept Will Call drop off.
