ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY: This promotion is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Sprint Center or Anschutz Entertainment Group ("Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, contractors, and advertising/promotional agencies (collectively, the “Sponsor Affiliated Parties”), and the immediate families and household members of each of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on Sept. 27, 2009 and ends 11:59 p.m. CT on Oct. 31, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period: refer a friend for Founders Club Membership by returning a completed referral form and receive an entry for each friend referred, or enter by mail. The method of entry does not affect the opportunity to win. Five entries per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. To enter by mail, hand print on a 3” x 5” card Referral Rewards Sweepstakes 2009, your name, complete street address, day and evening phone number and date of birth and mail, along with a self-addressed, stamped return envelope, to: Referral Rewards: 1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106. Requests must be postmarked by Oct. 31, 2009 and received by Nov. 5, 2009. Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliated Parties are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, damaged, late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or postage due mail which will be void and will not be returned. By participating in this promotion, you agree to follow these rules.

DRAWING: Grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be held on or about Nov. 15, 2009, and will be conducted by a representative, whose decision is final and binding. Winner will be notified by email or phone on or about Nov. 20, 2009. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort within 7 business days from the first notification attempt, the person will be disqualified, with an alternate selected.

PRIZES: Use of a Sprint Center event suite for a mutually agreeable event during the 2009-10 year; includes 16 tickets, 2 parking passes and $500 f & b credit. Retail Value $3,000; Trip for 2 to L.A. to attend a mutually agreeable event at Staples Center during the 2009-10 season; includes airfare for 2, 2 night hotel stay and event tickets. Retail Value $2,000; Trip for 2 to Vegas to attend a mutually agreeable event at Caesar’s Colosseum during the 2009-10 season. Package includes airfare for 2, 2 night hotel stay and event tickets. Retail Value $2,000. Airfare is coach class from Kansas City International Airport on airline of Sponsor’s choosing. Winners are responsible for all transportation costs outside of airfare and all other travel expenses. Hotel will be based upon double occupancy at hotel of Sponsor’s choosing.

ODDS: Odds of winning a prize are 1/the total number of entries received.

AUTHORIZATION: You hereby authorize the Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliated Parties to publicize, advertise and otherwise use, either alone or in combination with other material, and either as originally presented or in modified form: your name, photograph, and likeness, for any lawful purpose and to do so by way of any form or medium (including, without limitation, all print media, the Internet, websites, television and radio), and you confirm that this authorization shall continue indefinitely and is without further compensation or notice.

GENERAL RULES: All entries and prize claims become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating in this promotion, each entrant accepts and agrees (i) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects, and (ii) to release Sponsor and the Sponsor Affiliated Parties (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability of any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participating in this promotion or resulting from acceptance, or use/misuse of the prize. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website, violates the Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION THE CONTEST RULES AND OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the online entry should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the promotion.

DISPUTES & WINNERS LIST: Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and any judicial proceedings shall take place in a federal or state court within the state of Missouri.; 2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR OR ITS RELATED ENTITIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED TO ANY INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT.
