How can I get tickets to Sprint Center events?

Tickets to select Sprint Center events are available online at sprintcenter.com, charge-by-phone at 800-745.3000 or at Sprint Center Box Office. www.ticketmaster.com.

How can I find out if an event is sold out?

Popular events sell out quickly. Although an event may be listed on the Event Calendar, tickets may not be available. Call Ticketmaster at (816) 931-3330 or visit ticketmaster.com for information regarding ticket availability.

Can I bring my camera to photograph a Sprint Center event?

The permitted use of cameras and recording devices varies by event, with policy being determined by the event producer. Sporting events generally permit still photography without flash, but no recording devices. Concerts generally do not permit any cameras or recording devices. Under no circumstances may photography interfere with aisles or other guests’ enjoyment of the event. Guests inquiring about camera usage should contact Sprint Center prior to bringing their camera or recording devices to an event.

Can I bring my own food/beverages to a Sprint Center event?

Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena during events.

Where do I park when I come to Sprint Center?

Sprint Center is located in downtown Kansas City and is surrounded by major highways including I-35, I-70, I-29 and thoroughfares allowing for easy access. Several parking lots and garages are available for your parking needs. See Directions for event and non-event parking.

Is seating available for disabled Guests?

Yes, Sprint Center is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as Missouri accessibility mandates. Please see Accessibility for more information.

Can I host a business meeting or special event at Sprint Center?

Sprint Center has several excellent conference rooms that are perfect for business meetings. Call Sprint Center Hospitality Department at (816) 949-7000 for more information.

I am planning to bring a large group to a Sprint Center event. Can I get a group discount on tickets?

Group tickets are available for purchase to select events by calling (816) 949–7000. Discounts may be available for select events. See our Group page for more information.

What are the Box Office hours of operation?

Box Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On event days, Sprint Center Box Office is open and remains open 30 minutes after the start of the event. Sprint Center Box Office is located near the intersection of 14th Street and Grand Boulevard. Sprint Center Box Office may be reached by phone at (816) 949–7000.

Where is the Lost and Found located at Sprint Center?

Lost and Found is located at Guest Services in Section 103 on the Main Concourse during the event. After an event, all Lost and Found items will be stored in the Security Office.

How can I reserve a Suite for a Sprint Center event?

A limited number of event suites may be available for purchase to select events. For information regarding Event Suites or other Luxury Seating opportunities, call (816) 949-7000 or visit our suite rental page.

Where can I buy Sprint Center merchandise?

You can purchase Sprint Center merchandise at the retail store, TEAMSTORE@1407, located in the main lobby near the Grand Boulevard entrance. TEAMSTORE@1407 is open Wednesday – Saturday from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

What security is in place to ensure my family's safety?

Sprint Center security staff is dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all Guests. All Guests attending Sprint Center events are subject to entry inspections and are expected to abide by the rules of the facility. Sprint Center does not permit guns, knives, pocket knives laser pens, brass knuckles, and spikes inside the facility. All patrons will be screened by walk thru metal detectors or security hand held wands. All bags will be checked. Umbrellas should be placed under your seats. All weapons must be returned to your vehicle as Sprint Center does not check in weapons.

Can I smoke at Sprint Center?

Sprint Center is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas are located outside the building near the Oak Street entrance and on the Perceptive Software Founders Club terrace.

Where are the ADA, Limo and Taxi drop-off and pick-up locations?

Guest drop-off and pick-up is located near the Oak Street entrance. Limousines and taxicabs will also drop-off and pick-up at this location.Guest drop-off and pick-up is located near the Oak Street entrance. Limousines and taxicabs will also drop-off and pick-up at this location.

How many entrances are at Sprint Center? Where are they located?

Guests may enter Sprint Center through:

  • Grand Boulevard Entrance (Corner of 13th Street and Grand Boulevard)
  • Grand Boulevard VIP Entrance, corresponding ticket necessary for admittance (South of Box Office)
  • Oak Street Entrance (Oak Street and 13th Terrace)

May I re-enter Sprint Center once I have left?

No, re-entry is not allowed during any Sprint Center event.

Where are First Aid and Guest Services located?

First Aid and Guest Services are in multiple locations for your convenience.

Are there any items that are prohibited at Sprint Center?
